This page covers the privacy practice for this site and the license that applies to plugins purchased from im9.

Privacy

We don't run analytics, set tracking cookies, or embed third-party trackers. Beyond standard hosting-provider server logs, your visit isn't recorded.

Messages sent through the contact form are delivered to im9's inbox and live there until im9 deletes them — no separate database stores them.

Paid products are sold through a merchant of record (MoR). Personal information needed for the transaction (billing, tax) is collected and processed by the MoR under its own privacy policy. The specific MoR is named on the Japanese 特商法 disclosure once paid sales begin.

License (EULA for purchased plugins)

Purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable single-user license to install the Software on the computers you personally own or use.

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, share, or include the Software in malicious software. You may not reverse-engineer the Software except as applicable law non-waivably permits.

Free updates are provided within the major version line you purchased. Major-version upgrades may carry an additional cost.

The license terminates if you materially breach these terms; on termination you must uninstall the Software.

The Software is provided as-is, without warranty. Liability is capped at the purchase price.

A free demo build is provided for each paid product so you can verify compatibility on your system before purchase. Refund requests for non-functional issues (the plugin doesn't run, or its listed compatibility is materially broken) are handled through the merchant of record's customer-support channel. Given the demo's free availability, refunds outside those grounds are not generally offered.

This license is governed by Japanese law; disputes go to the courts of im9's domicile in Japan, except where applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction grants you a non-waivable forum.
